Itasca County Mugshot Removal Limits
No Itasca-specific public mugshot removal policy was located in the official sheriff pages inspected. Minnesota expungement under chapter 609A may seal eligible court or criminal records from public view, including automatic expungement under Minn. Stat. 609A.015 and petition-based expungement under Minn. Stat. 609A.03. Federal and State Booking Photos
County mugshot rules do not work the same way in federal custody. The BOP locator is for sentenced federal prisoners, not a county booking-photo site. ICE ODLS is a custody locator, not a mugshot archive. Minnesota DOC public profiles can show prison-related identity and offense data, but the state locator is not the Itasca County jail roster.
